You can only build muscle tissue if you can generateprogressively stronger muscular contractions, so this calls foran emphasis on finding ways to increase exercise intensity. Only by passing through thebreak-over point of momentary muscle failure will you stimulatethe muscle to grow. Anyone starting out on their career should notattempt this method of training as it could lead to seriousinjury. Spend several months perfecting exercise form andconditioning the body to lift heavier weights before graduallyintroducing training to failure.
