gymnasium forbodybuilding, fitness or work-out. That's wrong. It's not
difficult to set-up your very own cheap gymnasium at home and you don't
need a lot of equipement to
start to get your body into shape. Today I would like to show you how
you can get ready in minutes without expensive bodybuilding equipement.
You need
two milk canister (2L) filled with water, a small step made out
of wood and a piece of rope. All theses regular houshold items are
cheap and in every home available. If you have all the items together
we can start with some bodybuilding fun. Fitness and bodybuilding go
togerther, so you can't have muscle without having any conditions.
Cardio training is an another important aspect of becoming healthy.
First, take the rope and start skipping. Slowly, first but then
increase the speed. You have to count otherwise you have no control.
That's the most important thing in bodybuilding to measure your efforts
adn track them. Hve a smal diary book next to you and write down the
date and how many skips you have done. During the whole bodybuilding
training you need to track your time, like 10 minutes skipping, 15
minutes stepping and so forth. Okay, next you take the wooden step. You
can also get a small plastic step, you know the one smaller kids have
when they want to reach the sink or tap in the bathroom. Now, start
steping with this little step. Bodybuilding workout and fitness does
not to be expensive. Do this for 10 or 15 minutes. Amazing how easily
you get out of breath isn' it. Then you take 2 empty 2L milk container
and fill them with water. Wow, 2 great dumb-bells for your bodybuilding
gymnasium for free. Use this canister for 20 minutes by lifting and
holding. That 4kg of pure weight for the costs.
